how to rip flac

how to rip songs into flac from cd?...im a noob here..hehe

Any audio ripping software will guide you through it automatically.

Cd-> Eac -> Wav -> Flac

how about CD straight to FLAC with a descent encoder?
Dbpoweramp or something will do all the work for you

Ok well my friend owns an ipod but no pc... so i'm helping put some music on his Ipod Shuffle :x

So first i work with some Flac files since their lossless.

I use the Foobar player and it's converter to change the flac and ape to wav files.

I then open itunes and convert the wavs to aac format ( this is the part i am unsure of any suggestion the best encoding for an ipod ? )

You are asking for help encoding for an ipod on a site for the Meizu?
We use the Meizu for a reason, so we don't have to do any of those conversion nightmares.
Would seem more productive if you would ask this question in an ipod forum.

besides i was answering the first posters question with a suggestion of what i did, and at the end i popped in my own encoding question.
