    j-Jays VS super.fi 5EB

I went to a store yesterday, and I saw that the Jays earphones were in stock. I was really tempted to by the j-Jays but I didn't have enough money on my person.
So now I'm wondering, in terms of powerful bass, which one is better? the j-Jays or the super.fi 5EB?

I'm hoping to add to my collection of earphones :D

Well the vibes have ear thumping bass (muddy and blurry bass, as strong as it may be), and if the 5EB does a better job than the vibes then you can safely conclude that in terms of bass quantity:

    5EB > j-jays.

Although I really wouldn't spend money on either, for the price of the 5EB, you're better off stretching your budget a bit more and getting the Super.Fi.5.pro

the 5 pro has superior clarity, treble and midrange compared to the EB. It also has cleaner bass, not as much as the EB, but in terms of overall clarity of music, the SF5 is much better than the 5EB.
    Current Rigs:
    8GB iAudio 7 > Not in use
    4GB + 32GB iAudio D2 > Alessandro MS-Pro
Sony MZ-NH1 > Headroom Total Bithead > Grado Labs PS-1
    2GB Meizu M6 T1 > Not in use
    8GB iPod Touch 2G > Shure SE530

so you mean j-jays instead of vibes right?

for bass, the vibes have more than the j-jays, but neither of those earphones have clear and concise bass. (In other words, the bass sounds very muddy and uncontrolled moreso on the vibes than the j-jays)

I agree about the EB's. I have heard them and the the bass is overpowering and muddy. Haven't heard the Jays. I have the Super.fi 5 Pro. They have deep clear and punchy bass. My only complaint is that they stick pretty far out of your ears. But I don't mind that too much since they sound awesome.

And the most annoying part is, they cost more than the Meizu itself
