    Screen causing frequency, static

I've noticed that when recording theres some frequency that ends at 2:10 or 2:11 of the recording. The screen then shuts off and the frequency stops, it doesn't seem to be affected by the set time for the screen to shut off either (no matter what amount of time I have set). I've noticed the same with the radio, when the screen shuts off there is slightly less static (though at times it's barely noticeable). I've done a lot of tests with both and it is the screen, it isn't an outside interference.

Has anyone else noticed this? It's a bit annoying hat I have to wait over 2 minutes to start my recording.

I've noticed it aswell, I came to the same conclusion that it must be the screen.

It's electronix interference caused by internal components, just like the interference that can be heard through an onboard computersound card when moving the mouse. All you can do, is turn the screen off prematurely by holding the M-button.

I`ve noticed the same with the radio, but i found out that it`s not the screen.
The static noise(radio) not only disappears when switching the screen off, but also after about 10 sec., when not touching the pad (even when screen is set to "always on"). It also goes away when the background light dims or when you are in the photo- menu while listening to the radio.
I´ve never tested recordings for more than two min., so it`s good to know that the interference-sound there disappears after 2:10 .

Good post, I have found this to be a problem too. Recording is not as smooth as I thought.
