FLAC 1.1.2 Wont play

I have used search and found a thread saying FLAC 1.1.3 wont play but 1.1.2 will.
Yesterday i ripped a cd to FLAC using Raptor converter an it produces FLAC in 1.1.2
Neither the M3 or M6 will play it

Any suggestions on how to fix this?
If not, what free program is good to rip cds to a FLAC that will work?

I use foobar2000 to rip to FLAC. It's good too to tag the music.
dbPowerAmp is a good program too.

I have been using Foobar for months and had no idea it could rip to FLAC!

EDIT: Foobar wont work its asking me where FLAC.exe is
Dont all the conversion software bits come with foobar when i first install it?
