I got a question about which one the Meizu uses, I hear people say SRS settings etc... But then the Meizu site says something about LifeVibes.
Can anyone clarify???

Older firmwares used SRS, but this changed i think with 1.009 or something. Newer firmware versions use the Spatializer setting to make use of Virtual3d, ViBE (Virtual Bass Enhancement) and you can select different types of Speaker.

Unless you plan to track down a discontinued player (like E3c, E5, X6) or revert a Miniplayer to an old firmware, both of these enhancements are dead issues.
LifeVibes isn't that great; I'd much prefer a true equalizer or even a simple bass/treble adjustment (not 'bass boost' or what-have-you).

LifeVibes is Philips' answer to BBE technology.
Although i personally prefer BBE to lifevibes, lifevibes does a pretty good job, allowing a user to customise bass and treble levels in a very simple manner.
Bass boost also works pretty well, allowing more low end attack and increasing bass quantity without distorting the music too much. Of course BBE's M3B is much better, providing bass boost without distortion, however the bass quantity cannot equal that provided by bass boost of the lifevibes technology.Current Rigs:
8GB iAudio 7 > Not in use

Sony MZ-NH1 > Headroom Total Bithead > Grado Labs PS-1
2GB Meizu M6 T1 > Not in use
