Hard to tell, nowadays there are awesome fakes. What is the MSRP?

well in my country in retails it costs about 50 u.$ but on creative's official site its 80 bucks which is waaaay too much in the first place for these pair

By look at his feedback, most people are happy about their purchases.
You may ask him if he is authorized dealer of Creative.
Otherwise hard to tell. I've heard some eBay seller even use pictures of the real product to trick you.

the problem is that i've sent him a question asking if the phones are real or fakes and he still haven't answered me and it seems every earphone dealer that i ask about if their phones are real or fake never answer me which makes me very suspicious :S

Maybe the pictures here can help you to find out if they are fake.

Thanks for the link my zoo. If you instead look at the bad feedback of the guy above, most complains go for fakes that people received. I would look another place if I were you. This look too suspicious.

actually i had the sony ericsson hpm-70 which i loved but after 3 years of excessive use i tor the cable accidentally so i was searching for something that is as good or better at the same price range which is max 30$ plus shipping i found some stuff but i dono how real or fake are the phones i found so i might eventually get the hpm-70 again and try to find a cable adapter to lengthen the cable
any suggestions ?

Neither the PL30 or the PL50 will give you a huge deep bass your seeking, but they usually sound more clear than other earphones at this price and therefore perhaps better for vocals. (better)

The CX300 properly will, but I bet they got crappy mids and highs. Also I've seen so many fakes around based on this model, beware. Especially on eBay I wouldn't pick up anything that don't say it's genuine.

Back to SoundMAGIC, the newer PL21 is pretty a cool product for around 20$. These have good bass and pretty solid and non-fatigue mids and highs. Slightly warm presentation. They comes with several ear tips to find the best seal. I have found them a nice investment for the money. Try search for those.
