Problems with a black and grey screen

Hi all,

I've got a big problem with my M6SL. The device doesn't reset anymore. I'll get a black screen with a grey square. It doesn't go away and after 20 seconds the device shuts down, but without result. By restarting the screen goes black with grey again.
Also my comuter can't connect with the device anymore. The device doesn't seem to work at all.

Can somebody please help me?

Try this: Keep the screen black and grey, and try plugging it in to your computer. I am guessing that your player's resource got screwed up. Go get some new firmware from en.meizu.com 's download section. Make sure to download the SL firmware, not the TP or SP. Put the two firmware files into your player's drive on the computer, and restart your player. All should be well.

My Meizu
are you sure you have not accidentally locked the keys (by the little switch at the bottom),
i'm asking this becouse that would explain the shutdown after a short while...

if thats not it, try all the reset methods, maybe some of these will work.
