Here are the mobile phone Sale licenses in China, every single legal-sale phone in China has one of these pasted up,which meaning the phone with it is fully tested (like FCC Testing, not Meizu's alpha、beta thing) and
technical safe,is free of chagre, but it will take 3 months or longer.

So...they can't even sell the test versions until they get the license? Or this is just for the final versions? Maybe we can buy it in October?

So that's what those labels are for! I have two cell phones from China from the last time I visited (one broke, and was fixed), using a Sony Ericsson K310c right now, and I couldn't figure out what those labels meant. (Yes I'm Chinese, no, I can't read Chinese)

Sorry, adamL,it's not easy to find the original post this talk from, but it' definitely true.
JkPwNsTeR,those labels are made with anti-counterfeit technology, just like the Chinese Yuan(Renminbi,RMB),if you put them under a purple light, you will see a fluorescence reaction.and the paper used printing them, maybe the same as which for printing RMB,is not glossy, you can touch and feel them.

If there is no company from Netherlands would import this.
I guess the best choice is go to Czech,A company named Emgeton in Czech will OEM this with its own brand.

I dont think it will be officially available in the Netherlands. If it will be it will be by Dane Elec probably.
Anyway...i dont see the M8 being released in Europe.
Ebay, Samenkopen, Marktplaats and houseofdap and stuff will be sites to gt it from probably

No, they wasted their time (and money) engineering and designing the prototypes for no reason at all.

3DRealms has been creating prototypes for Duke Nukem Forever for the past decade and I don't see that on store shelves either...

All of the money poured into this would be a lot more than Duke Nukem. Meizu actually has a track record, with the M6. There is no way that a company designs a motherboard for a phone and it's vaporware. If the M8 were vaporware, they'd have time to make firmware updates for the M6.

Well boys, You don't have to be negative in your standpoint... let us give the Meizu m8 other 4 months..
I, personally, will wait till 1 Jan. 09. If the Meizu m8 is not been releasd I will purchase (maybe) the Samsung i908 (Omnia 16 GB).
