He's joking of course, use the search function this subject has been debated to death!
OK, my good action for today: it's win CE 6 customized by meizu, like Win mobile 7 will be Win CE6 customized by microsoft. Win mobile 6 and future win mobile 7 applications have a good chance to work on M8, I expect many of them work (with some UI glitches), but nothing is garanteed before it is tested of course...
