wouldn't it be kind of blue-eyed to go to a trade fair with a product/prototype that you know has patent issues? and meizu must have known this, if they previously chose dane elec because of the same issue...
given that, and the assumption that the prototype might not even be capable of playing mp3, it seems way more likely that they violated some iphone design patent.
