Keeps stopping?

I'm not sure if this is the player or what? I'll go through, pick some music but instead of playing it just kinda has a little square instead of the play symbol and wont play no matter what I do and then sometimes freezes up? I'm just formatting the thingy now (just got some english instructions) but I'm not sure if its because some of my files are mp3 others wav. or whatever you call it (sorry kinda a wee bit music noob). Anyways any help would be appreciated as I'm praying its just me because EVERYONE loves my Meizu and I don't want it failing on me

hm, what happens when you press the Play/Pause Button (that's the on/off button) ?

Nothing it just doesn't play anything

I had this happen one time when some files weren't transferred properly, when I transferred them but pulled the cable out too early. The files show up but don't play, if you look at them on your computer they show up as 0MB each on the player (it appears as a drive when connected, look in the music folder). You should check to see if it's that, then delete them and transfer them again. There shouldn't be a problem with combining different file formats because that's what I do without problems.

Maybe u need to try update the library.

hmm well my problem just got worse and better in one night. It couldn't get past the miniplayer screen and the computer didnt know it was plugged in but its alll better now minus my corrupt music files (o.0) so I'm gonna re burn them alllll and hope it works
