cool, the M8 will be available ... but not cool , the price will be 600 to 700 $ :eek:
and what about the wifi, I hope it will be present for this price

It show that meizu managed to put the big prototype card we've seen before into the small m8 case...

still expensive for me i hope the price will prove the good quality and a lot of functions above all a phone with wifi support multi touch with a nice interface and a big screen not like iphone clones with little screen.

Avec un euro fort comme en ce moment, ça nous amène à 288 EUR à 336 EUR... c'est plus que le prix de l'iphone en import

What about the 3G/UMTS or 3G+ network???

Apparently, there is no 3G module in the photo but i'm also waiting for a translation.
Note that there are some empty areas on the motherboard which may host the 3G modules...

l'iphone ne import ...non débloqué, aprés faut le hacké ... et si tu ne t'y connait ps c'est difficile

Venezia,

Look at function numbered 16 at this page New M8 Motherboard Picture

it should be 3G!! I can not think that Meizu out the M8 without 3G which is the main missing function in the iphone. According the net, the new iphone (with 3G) will be release in the March in Europe and China!!! So if Meizu don't put the 3G function it will be a "has been" mobile regard to the new iphone!

I really hope the 3G function to be here also
By the way, speaking of the next iphone, apple never gave a launch date or made an announcement during the mac world expo.
Here is an article which dates back yesterday. Looks like a fake:

Venezia, do you know which shops in Singapor will be sell the M8?

I think the number of pieces will be limited in March, if you want to have one, make a pre-order now!!!

According Reuteurs-Africa, news from the STRAITS TIMES, Singapore's senior statesman Lee Kuan Yew said:
"The Meizu M8 -- a China-made clone of Apple's iPhones -- will be launched in Singapore as early as next month, well ahead of the original which is available in the city-state only through parallel importers."

Very goods news I think!!!

We have to find the Singapor shops!!

I'm french, so singapor store is not my best field but a friend of mine is pilot and goes there each two weeks.
If anybody has an adress, I think we're all interested

Come out already please. I had an Iphone and I banged it against the ground for undisclosed stupid reasons but this is the phone I wanted since I first seen in in the Pop-Sci magazine. I never really wanted the Iphone but I got it because my cingular 8125 broke. (kind of hard on phones...go through about 3-4 a year)....PLEASE HURRY AND COME OUT


---Does anybody know if this phone will support MMS unlike the Iphone where I would have to go to some website that took forever to load and view my picture mail---

---Also will the M8 be able to forward text messages?---

Those are 2 things that I hated about that Iphone
