The Meizu M8 is NOT out!
If you found a site or seller listing the Meizu M8 miniOne for sale - do not post it. It is fake and misleading to our visitors. The Meizu miniOne M8 is not out yet. There is no one that can supply it to you at this moment of time no matter how real it can seem.
The first place you will read about a M8 release (yes, even product leaks if there will be any) is here at Meizu Me.
If such a message is posted, we will assume that you are the one behind the advertisement and will take necessary action warn and/or ban you.

It's really a shame that Meizu has been so slow in bring this product to market, though I feel strongly that they're just making sure everything is 'right' before they put it out there.
We'll See Soon Enough... I Hope?

Trust me, it's still a long way before it hits the stores. After all, Meizu has much less financial resources etc etc so don't expect it soon.

Hello, i just wanted to make this clear because we have received many questions about this. We are NOT taking pre-orders for this device until after the CeBit, when the status will be more clear to us. Other sites may be pre-selling this, which you should take precautions on, as the price you pay for it, might not be the actual price of it when released. We have on our site, added a product notification link on the bottom of each page of the Meizu Phones.
Please feel free to ask any questions, but as of right now, all we have it what Err0r has (unknowingly borrowed to us)
We will know alot more in March (or hopefully after next week)
And he is right, the Meizu is not available to any suppliers yet.

It feels longer than it actualy is. The iPhone was released only last June (correct me if I am wrong), just 8 months ago. Nobody knows how long it took for Apple to develop the iPhone, my guess it probably was several years, and Apple is a very big and rich company compared to small Meizu. We need to respect Meizu that they don't take any risk during the development of the M8, they want to sell us a high quality product for the right price, just like their other products. Be patient and give Meizu all the time they need, not just the time we give them.

Meizu could have had all the time that they needed if they simply made the phone and didn't announce it. Apple didn't say a word about the phone until they were sure that they could get it out in a mount short time after the announcement.

$330?? Goodness. By the time August rolls around I can probably get sort of real I-Phone for that amount. I know, I know...two years locked in...whatever...I've had AT&T for a few years now anyways.
If the phone was like $230...I'd consider it.

dont forget the full resolution 720*480 mp4 support and the way better sound quality, i think even at this high price its a better buy than an iphone,
i'm only hoping the 16GB model will not be much more expensive, since 8GB is really getting a little too small for my needs (have m6 8GB now)...

You can just purchase the phone and unlock it, they have firmware 1.1.4 unlocked and all it is a 1 click unlock.
I live in Canada and just crossed the border into Buffalo, purchased an iphone from the Apple store for $399 (wow M8 price almost the same and wait how long) brought it home and had it unlocked and using it in 15 min and this was like a year ago, now with this 1.1.4 firmware unlocking that just came out you can unlock any iphone,
just giving you options

That's great! I'll take a 16GB M8 for $400 please. Is a $100 difference "almost the same"? Besides, the Meizu will have a removable battery, will be unlocked out of the box so you can actually download firmware updates without having to worry about bricking your phone or voiding your warranty. Do you know how much the iPhone would cost if it was unlocked?
