I agree. But I believe Apple's patent is the firmware that makes the response to the multitouch hardware though. Hope Meizu can devise that part on their firmware.

Also please don't confuse PATENTs and the OWNER OF A PATENT, anyone can use something that is Patented if they pay for it, just as Apple is doing with the screen.

Since when did any of MS' Windows products become open-source? The Meizu runs Win CE, it's not runing LINUX!
