Does anyone have a good recomendation for a speaker/base to plug the M6 into? Like a speaker docking station.. There are many for iPods...., but not for other MP3 players....

I bought mine at Bed Bath and Beyond, it comes with an adapter, or it will
run on batteries and has it's own volume control, the speakers of the docking
station will fold up, when not being used to a small cube. Has decent sound!!
They are also available at Walgreen's, Radio Shack and some other stores.

I've got the same kind. They are decent enough to get the job done and I like the way they fold up. I can put them on my desk at work and listen my music and tuck them away when I'm done.

Can you include a link or photo of this speaker set with model/make?

Thanks.

Don't know about the sound quality, but here is another universal dock:

PS.: There is also one that was specially made for the M6:

Personally, i'd prefer connecting the M6 to an amp with an adaptor:

(all soundeffects off, equalizer flat, max. volume)

You can get the ones designed for the M6

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/MEIZU-MiniPlay...QQcmdZViewItem
They look bit crap but they have a specific docking station for the M6.

I found some great speakers for my M6. JBL ONTOUR IPOD/MP3 SPKR Plus. They have a Sony PSP holder, but the M6 sits just fine in there. You can also get the speakers without the PSP holder for less too. The M6 is great. I keep learning new things to do with it from this site. Thanks.

**See my profile pic i just added to see a picture of the M6 and JBL speakers.

paid a whopping $3.99 that includes shipping , they work really good , can't put too much bass into it but they are very crisp , a very sleek design and again for $3.99 you can't go wrong

i have had a look at the logitech speakers and they are nice and portable.

In terms of sound quality, normally i would say that logitech would win but because these are flat panel speakers i can not really say as i have never used these type before, but i imagine that they will lose out on BASS compared with the dock.

Also these speakers are great for carrying around as they a flat and light, the meizu dock is not for carrying around. You can power the dock with batteries and take it around the house, out in the garden with you etc but they are no way as practical for portability compared to the mm28 speaker.

if sound is what you want the i would say the meizu dock is better, else if it portability that you need then the logitech wins

Thanks for the heads up guys, I went ahead and bought the logitech mm28 speaker for $3.99! thats a deal you can't miss.

I have the JBL On Tour, these are great little speakers. Got its on ebay for $25 shipped. Sound quality is pretty good, bass is ok - can't expect too much from small speakers. Now that I have the logitech mm28 on order, can't wait to compare the two. I"m guessing they will be about the same.

If you want portable speakers with decent base, you'll probably have to go with the Altec Lansing IN Motion IM4, these are a little bigger - I just bought these on ebay for $20 shipped. They are on the way. I'll let everyone know how these 3 compare.
