I've got a bad feeling once this gem gets out of China the prices are gonna start going crazy. The design in the pic is better than the revised version pics they previously exhibited though. Would be great to see it by august but I don't think it will happen.

'I believe that it's simply a standard touch screen...

I can ONLY imagine the patents etc. that APPLE must have on the iPhone GUI/Interface!

what's the big deal about multitouch, i dont think is good enough to have both hands into your phone, and most of the features such as drag and drop, fast scroll and blah blah are possible with an standartd touchscreen. Also i think better resolution is better than a lot of fingerprints on it and there's where Meizu is doing just awsome

Multi toutch means it can pick up two toutch points @ once , This makes it possibel for you to "Rotate" ect a picture with your fingers for example , Place you figer on a desk and turn it , It stays in the same place and a toutch interface would not know it was turning , Whereas place two fingers on a desk and make them both turn , They change position

Dude, i know what multitouch is, but being honest, you'll only be able to use that thing while sitting, or you think you can walk arround with both hands and your eyes into it? LOL!

In the othe hand you can also rotate the screen orientation of several devices by rotating the device itself.. that's not rocket science these days, so I think there's no point doing that with both hands if you can do it with just one.

Ahh, and regarding your funny comment, it depends of the weight of the desk, LOL!!!!, perhaps you'll need both hands to move it. At the end of the day, its all about coding, for instance i can come up with something like a spin point, so if you click and drag from other point you'll be able to rotate things... and improving that idea, what about making it multi-point where you can set the rotate point or several ones, so this way it wont be only for rotating, will be able to increase and reduce window sizes, stick them and several other things

Does Asia use the WIN CE term differently than the rest of the world? WinCE 5.0 and 6.0 are very old OS (see bottom) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_Mobile or are these terms refering to the Windows Mobile 6.0 that IS part of the Windows CE family? If so would that be an indicator that this device is also runing WM5:

Well it is still an outdated OS, it would appear though that there is some corrulation between these "very touchscreen" devices and WinCE usage, so maybe that's why?

The problem mainly with WinCE is that there is not as much 3rd party software support anymore for this outdated OS. It does appear though that we are saying a revival of the WinCE OS!

Yes very much so, I used to be an avid HPC user which used WinCE, but the Windows Mobile *IS* part of the WindowsCE family, so with this in mind you could call WM WinCE in a way, it's not usually done but..
