Feedback on JTC Electronics

Hi,
I am new here. I want to buy a 8Gb M6. I noticed another thread where a forum member ( Jarmarc) said he has some in stock. Can anyone recommend Jarmarc Trading Company/JTC Electronics as a good organization to deal with? I could not find any thing on reseller ratings so I am looking for some feedback from forum members. If you prefer to PM me that would be great.

These guys are awesome. Mark responded to a ton of emails from me all on the same day. He even posts the latest firmware on his site.

I bought just a M6 8Gb for a gift from Mark, I even screwed up the order a little bit. The player arrived before I expected it and with the change in my order. I told my co-worker about the player, and she bought one from Mark. She is happy. Now teenagers each want one.

I may have to get an M6, although I do love my M3.

Now if he would only carry Meizu t-shirts.

Sorry i took so long to leave feedback, this is because as it is the holidays I have hardly used the player as I would want to normally, I mean I knoew you don't make the player ut I still wanted to use it a bit to see it.

Well it arrived a little later than expected but you did warn f this and I think there was even some mail distubancy so I'm sure you sent it quickly and this was not down to you.

The crystal case had a bit which made a tiny scratch but luckily i found a thread warning about it, it was also very stuff but now is fine, again I know you do not make the products but perhaps could warn about the dot bit which will scratch it since I plan on selling mine when the newer thinner M6 comes out, luckily to my borther who won't be too picky i hope.

The only problem I had was that you were out of stock of the adapter, but never changed the wording on your page or offered a discount, even though of course it was a very good deal to begin with it is always annoying to know you could and should ahve got the deal others got
and i thgouht I might have an adapter but then i reaslied mine would be american to english not english to american adpater.. Don't know how easy it'll be to find one... or how much it'll cost.
If postage wasn't so much I'd have hoped you'd send one on when you got some in stock but thats probably impractical.
This was the only problem, I guess it's that you didn't seem very apologetic, it was more like it was just a fact that you were out of them so it woudn't be included, I do get more easily anoyed by this kind of thing more than others though.

But all in all you asnwered my many questions fairly quicly except when you went away which is understandable as this is not your main job. (maybe you should put this on your page also, I don't know if it would put people off but I know I was a little anoyed at the long wait until you told me this

overall, pretty good seller, and certainly seems to be the best for meizu products in the UK, where they are much more expensive

Did UK customs charge you duty and VAT for the item and if so how much did this come to?

I ordered an 8GB M6 from JTC on a Monday, I got confirmation from USPS that it was mailed the same day! Received the player on Friday (actually would have been delivered on Thursday, but I was not home to sign for it). Very quick service! Plus, even though I didn't order the accessory package, he still included a free silicone case. Really, really great service! Thanks so much!

I have to say my experience with jtc electronics was great too. I ordered a couple of crystal cases with all the accessories one night and they were shipped out the next day and I had 2 days later. Everything came exactly as expected.

I should respond in this topic as well - JTC is VERY great to deal with! timely responses to questions, very accommodating with International customers (I'm in Canada.) I highly recommend buying from Mark.

I would highly recommend JTC to anyone who's interested in purchasing the Meizu or Teclast players. Mark responds to inquiries promptly and provides great service with super fast shipping.
