Pleasure doing biz with JTC

Last week I ordered 2 4GB players from walgreens.com. WHY???!!!!!!!
It's been a terrible experience. First they don't update your account. It just says "inprocess." I had no idea when or if they were coming. The order was finally drop shipped from Dane-Elec. Guess what? ONLY 1 SHOWED UP! I called walgreens support and all they did was take my number and said they would call me back. That was 30 hrs ago. I called AND emailed Dane-Elec yesterday, still no response. I guess I just got screwed out of 125 bucks.

I ordered 2 units from JTC last night. Marc emailed me to let me know there was an issue with my address on paypal. We resolved it right away and he told me when he would be shipping out the units and when I should expect them. JTC ROCKS!!! Communication makes a world of difference thank you Marc! And his prices are cheaper than Walgreens when you factor in Shipping and Sales Tax.

Thanks for the kind words. I try very hard to make sure everyone gets a prompt and accurate response. It's the customers that keep me in business, so if I don't take care of them, I won't be around very long.
